I have been the CEO/President of International Career Institute, Inc., DBA L.A. School Nursing Career College, since 2013. The founder and CEO of Mt. Carmel Homecare Service Inc., both in Beverly Hills and Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage, CEO of Health Care Plus Nursing Services Corp., founded in 2019, and the Owner/Marketing Director of Shiprotectors International in Long Beach, CA. I am also the Administrator of Wilshire Healthcare Group LA. Physical Therapy / Massage Therapy Instructor at California School of Medical Sciences. Office Manager in Beverly Hills Orthopedic Medical Group, Beverly Hills, CA. and a Nursing Assistant at Southern California Nursing Services.
Graduated with an Associate in Business Management from the University of Baguio, Baguio City, Philippines. Successfully completed 1.5 Contact Hours of Targeting Intracellular Signaling Molecules in the Pursuit of Disease Remission and Comorbid Management of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis at Ultimate Medical Academy/Complete Conference Management. Also completed 2.0 Contact hours of an Evidence-based Individualized Approach to the Management of Gastrointestinal Malignancies from Ultimate Medical Academy/Complete Conference Management.

Ramon Gasataya Position: Chief Operating Officer Saint Catherine Homecare Services LLC

I am Ramon Gasataya, Chief Operating Officer of Saint Catherine Homecare Services LLC, and I bring over 12 years of hands-on experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitative care, and patient-focused service delivery. My journey in healthcare has been deeply rooted in compassion, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence—values shaped not only through clinical experience but also by my earlier career as a marine professional.

Since 2012, I have been serving at HCR–Manorcare Skilled Nursing Facility in Sparks, Nevada, where I specialize in long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation. From 2004 to 2009, I worked at Summerdale Group Home LLC, providing quality care to vulnerable populations in a skilled nursing home setting. My professional background also includes shipping and receiving operations at Randa Logistics, which has enhanced my operational insight and management skills—essential in my current leadership role.

At Saint Catherine Homecare Services LLC, I oversee day-to-day operations, clinical standards, and care delivery to ensure every client receives safe, respectful, and high-quality service. My leadership is grounded in both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of team dynamics, compliance, and patient advocacy.
