Graduated with an Associate in Business Management from the University of Baguio, Baguio City, Philippines. I am Ramon Gasataya, Chief Operating Officer of Saint Catherine Homecare Services LLC, and I bring over 12 years of hands-on experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitative care, and patient-focused service delivery. My journey in healthcare has been deeply rooted in compassion, discipline, and a strong commitment to excellence—values shaped not only through clinical experience but also by my earlier career as a marine professional.

Since 2012, I have been serving at HCR–Manorcare Skilled Nursing Facility in Sparks, Nevada, where I specialize in long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation. From 2004 to 2009, I worked at Summerdale Group Home LLC, providing quality care to vulnerable populations in a skilled nursing home setting. My professional background also includes shipping and receiving operations at Randa Logistics, which has enhanced my operational insight and management skills—essential in my current leadership role.

At Saint Catherine Homecare Services LLC, I oversee day-to-day operations, clinical standards, and care delivery to ensure every client receives safe, respectful, and high-quality service.
